Biography Toshinobu, Yamazaki ( - )

Yamazaki Toshinobu was first a pupil of Kunisada, then of Tsukioka Yoshitoshi, the latter part of whose name he took (like so many of Yoshitoshi's pupils). He is known to have been active between 1857 and 1886; he lived both in Yokohama and in Tokyo.
