Biography Matsuda, Seifu (1880 - 1978)

Not much is known about Seifu Matsuda. He contributed to the 1915 art magazine Shin Nigao, as did Natori Shunsen and Yamamura Toyonari. He also designed a series of chuban actor prints around the same time.
