Kosugi, Misei (1881 - 1964)
Ryūkyū District, from the 10-part set of Nihon fūkei hanga – Japanese scenery prints. In its original folder, the set comprises five prints: Manko, Toraozan Cemetery, Nakayama Spring at Shurijō, Futenma and Bokka (or Machinato), plus woodblock-printed frontispiece. Published on November 13, 1918. Print sizes approximately 25 x 18.5 cm. Folder 28 x 34 cm.

Fine impression and colours, good condition: The prints are in fine shape, but one of the supporting sheets is a bit trimmed, and the supporting sheet of one print shows foxing and thumb-tack holes. IMPORTANT: the stain in the print top left does not exist, and never has!
