Tojin Okichi, supposedly the designated companion of US first Consul General to Japan Townsend Harris with a “Black Ship” in the distance. Published in 1964 on the occasion of the Tokyo Olympics by Kyoto Hanga-in. Numbered 151 from an unknown edition.
