Originally this print was part of The Modern Japanese Print - An Appreciation, produced in 1962 in a limited edition of 475 copies. It is still the most important Sōsaku Hanga collection compiled after WWII. Quite a few of these volumes were dismantled and the prints sold separately (as is this one - though it wasn't me who broke up the book!).
