Koizumi, Kishio (1893 - 1945)

Ryôunkaku (Junikai - Twelve Storeys), probably seen from Asakusa Senso-ji
Paper size: 25.8 x 37.5 cm. Self-printed before 1923, when the Ryôunkaku ("Cloud surpassing pavillion") was partially destroyed in the Great Kanto Earthquake. Ryôunkaku was one of the pre-earthquake Tokyo landmarks, much higher than the other buildings at the time.

Fine impression and colour, good condition: some superficial creasing and light toning
